Dimaxis Troubleshooting

Highest OS version is Win 7-32 Bit


Things to check:

Is SOLID running as an application, or a service?

If running as an application, there should be a blue icon for SolFe on the desktop, or taskbar.

If they normally use the SolFe application to run the service, then first step would be to launch that. That's normally located in C:\Solid Its a blue icon, should look like a snowflake - run that first then try to launch Dimaxis

so in C:\Solid there's a file called solid.ini. Add 11 additional rows which will allow more data to be added to the database, so now the service starts and is working.
