For a Viso system, the last statement of the Romexis.bat file should be “ -vison” (separated by a space.)

Please be aware when updating the CPU of this device there is a small risk of failure that may result in the board needing to be replaced. For best results stair-step the Viso's firmware by going to the next EVEN numbered Imaging Package (example, you're currently on 11, go to 12 first, then 14, 16, etc)

There is an intermittent issue being experienced by some Viso x-rays in which the midsagittal laser turns off on its own. Imaging Package 11.3 can partially correct this issue, and a full fix is being targeted in Viso Imaging Package 12.

Presently, turning the Viso off for at least 10 seconds before powering it back on will correct this issue.

There is a known behavior that has been identified regarding the Scout feature on a Viso. If a Scout shot is cancelled prematurely the Viso will automatically use the last known Scout coordinates and the X-ray volume may be captured in the wrong location.

Presently, turning the Viso off for at least 10 seconds before powering it back on will correct this issue. This issue will be fixed in Planmeca Viso Imaging Package 12.
