If the ProMax 3D will not go to a ready state, this may be caused by communication to the Reconstruction PC, or caused by communication to the 3D sensor.

Verify connection to both of these components via the DeviceTool program.

If they are both communicating, it may have been caused by the ProMax going to a ready state, then removed from the ready state and told to go back into a ready state. If this occurs, the connection from the Reconstruction PC to the Sensor has already been established, and the ProMax will believe the connection is waiting to be secured. Power off the ProMax, waiting 10-15 seconds before powering it back on and attempting to capture again.
